Have moved into the Hillgrove High School district AND

Your student is CURRENTLY ENROLLED in another school in Cobb County AND
-
You are NOT enrolling based on a previously approved transfer (ex. Children of Employee, HB251/Sibling or related)

...you do NOT need to withdraw and re-enroll your student! Instead, click here to access your ParentVue account and update your address by selecting the 'Change My Information' menu option. You can then enter your new address, select the new school (if it does not automatically appear based on the new address), and upload new proofs of residency. If you do not have a ParentVUE account, you will need to contact the school where your current student is enrolled to set up access.

Please note that you WILL need to upload two (2) valid proofs of residency for your new address in the form of:

-
A current mortgage/lease/property tax statement AND
-
A current utility bill (within 30 days)

No other forms of residency proof will be accepted, and you will not be able to submit your changes without uploading them.
If you have not yet moved into your new address but will do so within 30 days of your student's start date, you may download and complete a 30-day waiver to provide more time to obtain proofs. You will still be required to upload valid evidence of your pending move (ex. a binding letter of agreement, pre-lease, etc.). Once the waiver form is downloaded, printed, and completed, you may upload the completed waiver and the evidence of your pending move as your two proofs of residency in Parent Vue. You can access the waiver form by clicking here.
